The products seem to have issues, the last gamesir x5 lite has a loose screw and pocket taco seems to have a weird input on the right dpad. I fixed the pocket taco dpad by forcefully pressing and evening the dpad out although the x5lite loose screw involves a very invasive teardown so I'd rather leave it be.
The onus of these issues lies on Gamesir alone and not Zukabus though so I will not hold them to blame here. I really do appreciate and respect Zukabus for their prompt replies and assistance in anything and everything. For communication and delivery timelines, they're really wonderful; Zukabus is guaranteed to be my one stop shop for anything controllers!
On another note, please do fix your UPI receiving id, I believe it is Dharmendra Luv Patel at okicici. Over the past few months, paying through Gpay (HDFC) keeps denying the payment to go through; It seems to be a longstanding issue. Maybe adding a different address or removing that option entirely and keeping Razorpay would be a better idea.
Thank you!

Pre ordered a gamesir taco. It was a smooth experience with updates along the way informing when the package is expected to reach, when it has reached the country and when it willbe dispatced/delivered and the product was new and properly packed and works wonderfully!
