📦 Unboxing Video Mandatory for Claims (Please Read Carefully)

To help us resolve any issues quickly—such as missing items, transit damage, or Dead on Arrival (DOA) products—we require customers to record a full, uninterrupted unboxing video while opening their order.

📌 Unboxing Video Requirements

Please ensure your video clearly shows the following:

1️⃣ Sealed package check:

  • Before opening, record the package from all sides. The original seal and adhesive tape should be clearly visible, with no signs of damage, tampering, or additional tape.

2️⃣ One continuous recording:

  • The unboxing must be recorded in a single, unedited video from start to finish. Pauses, cuts, or edits may result in claim rejection.

3️⃣ Product box condition:

  • Show the product box clearly before opening to confirm it is sealed and unopened.

4️⃣ Items inside the box:

The video must clearly display:

  • The main product in proper condition
  • All included accessories such as Cable, Wireless Dongle (if applicable).
  • The device turning on.
  • The identification sticker on the device.

5️⃣ Damage inspection:

  • After unboxing, visually inspect the product and accessories on camera to confirm everything is intact and functional.

🔴 Important Notice:

  • Claims related to missing items, physical damage, or DOA products will not be processed without a valid unboxing video.

If the package or product box appears tampered with (for example, extra tape or signs of prior opening), do not accept the delivery. Reject the package immediately and inform us. Once a tampered package is accepted, we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds.

Return & Replacement Eligibility

Return or replacement requests are accepted only in the following cases:

1. Damaged or Defective Products:

    • If the product delivered is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

2. Wrong Product Delivered:

    • If you receive an incorrect item or an item in the wrong color, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please ensure the product remains unopened and the seal is intact. Once the seal is broken or the product is opened, we will not be able to accept returns or provide replacements.

Return Criteria

Once a product is opened, unsealed, or accepted after delivery, it is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

We also do not accept return/cancellation/exchange requests due to personal preferences such as color, size, features, compatibility, or “change of mind.” Please check the product details and specifications carefully before placing your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all conditions below:

  • Purchased from us: Items not bought directly from our website are not covered.
  • Original box & accessories: Must be returned with the complete original packaging and all included items (manuals, cables, etc.).
  • Product labels intact: EAN/UPC stickers (if applicable) must not be removed or damaged.
  • No physical damage: Product, box, and accessories must be in proper condition with no dents, scratches, or damage.
  • Seals & stickers untouched: Factory seal must be intact and “Do Not Remove” stickers over screws should not be tampered with.
  • No spill marks: Any signs of liquid/spills will make the product ineligible for return.

Shipping & Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-orders: Estimated shipping dates may be delayed by "1–2 weeks".
  • Once an order is marked “Shipped,” it cannot be cancelled through the website.
  • For cancellation requests, please email us with your order number.

Cancellation Charges:

  • Orders cancelled before shipping are cancelled free of charge.
  • Orders cancelled after shipping will incur a ₹200 fee to cover shipping costs. In some cases, an additional ₹100 restocking fee may apply.

Non-Cancellable Items:

  • Orders containing small items such as joysticks or microswitch, etc are not eligible for cancellation.

When is an Order Marked as “Shipped”?

An order is considered shipped once we share the tracking number with you.

  • If the order is not shipped yet, only the payment-method cancellation fee will apply (if a payment gateway was used).
  • If the order is already shipped, cancellation is still possible, but shipping + return shipping charges will also be deducted.

Disclaimer

In case of any dispute, Zukabus holds the right to take the final decision, and the resolution may be adjusted depending on the situation.

Zukabus may reject replacement or refund requests if the product is found to be in an unacceptable condition, or if the issue does not fall under the eligible terms.
