When will my product be dispatched after making the payment?
Your order will be dispatched within 1–3 business days after the payment is confirmed.
Which courier services do you use?
We mostly use Delhivery and DTDC. If you have any preference, please let us know on WhatsApp right after completing the payment.
Do you use bubble wrap or extra cardboard for packaging?
Yes, all products are properly bubble-wrapped and packed in a strong corrugated box for safe delivery.
Can I get my product delivered on a particular day or at a specific time?
Currently, we do not offer delivery on a specific date or time. We can only provide an approximate delivery timeframe.
I will not be available after a certain date at my shipping address. What should I do?
Please place the order only if someone (like a neighbor or family member) can receive the parcel, or if you will be back within 1–2 days.
If you are time-bound, we recommend not placing the order, as courier delivery dates may be delayed or delivered earlier than expected.
