Warranty Policy
Warranty & Support Policy (Related to GameSir Products Only)
At zukabus, we stand behind the quality of our gaming hardware and aim to provide a transparent, fair resolution process for any technical issues. By making a purchase, you agree to the following warranty terms.
1. Coverage Period & Eligibility
- The warranty policy is applicable to all orders placed on or after May 1st, 2026.
The warranty is active from the original date of purchase. Please note that any time elapsed during the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or repair process does not extend or reset the initial warranty duration.
2. Scope of Warranty
- What is covered: We provide support for internal functional failures and manufacturing defects that arise during standard, intended use.
- Resolution Protocol: Our primary goal is to repair the controller. If a repair is technically unfeasible, we will issue a replacement unit.
3. Refund & Depreciation Policy
If a replacement controller is unavailable, customers may choose to wait for restock (typically 30–60 days). If you prefer not to wait, we offer a partial refund based on the age of the device (calculated from the original purchase date):

| 10 – 12 Months | 50% of original price |
Note: Deductions apply for missing components: ₹200 for USB cables and ₹250 for specific controller accessories (such as detachable sticks or back paddles).
4. Limitations of Liability
Our ability to fulfill claims is contingent upon the original manufacturer’s approval. If the brand (e.g., GameSir) denies a claim based on their specific global criteria, zukabus cannot independently offer a replacement or repair.
5. Claim Requirements & Logistics

Proof of Purchase: You must retain all receipts and order correspondence.

Maintenance Standard: Controllers must be returned in a well-maintained state. A ₹150 sanitation and handling fee will be applied to units received with excessive debris, skin oil buildup, or hygiene-related residue.
- Shipping Costs: The customer covers the initial cost of shipping the item to us. If the claim is verified as valid, zukabus will cover the return shipping to you. For rejected claims, the return shipping fee will be applied according to the product.
6. Warranty Exclusions
Service will be denied for issues resulting from:

Physical Trauma: Cracks, dents, broken triggers, snapped thumbsticks, or damage from drops and liquid spills.

Port & Cable Stress: Frayed wires, bent connectors, or loose USB/charging ports caused by excessive pulling or strain.

Power & Environment: Damage from electrical surges, incorrect chargers (using high-wattage phone bricks), or natural disasters.

Unauthorized Access: Any evidence of the controller being opened, tampered with, or modified (e.g., custom soldering) voids the warranty.

Software & Firmware: "Bricked" controllers due to unofficial firmware or failed updates, and general OS compatibility issues.
- Maintenance & Aesthetics: Natural battery degradation over time, worn-out rubberized grips or thumbstick caps, and minor RGB lighting variations.
